Sample of U.S. Homes

I'm looking to create a sample portfolio of homes. I have 3,571 ZIP codes from 24 U.S. states, and I would like to obtain 5 personal real estate listings for each ZIP code. If 5 are not available, then I would like listings that resulted in a home sale in the past 24 months, so that the total unique samples per ZIP code equals 5 for each ZIP code, and 17,855 in total. For each unique sample, I need the following data: Street Address City Name State abbreviation ZIP Code Sale Price (or List Price if the property already sold) Home Type (e.g. Single-Family, Townhome, Apartment) Square Footage (in feet, not meters) Year Built Number of Stories Roof Shape (e.g. Hip, Gable-End, Flat) Roof Cover (e.g. Asphalt Singles, Clay Tiles, Standing-Seam Metal, EPDM) Construction Type (e.g. Wood Frame, Brick, Joisted Masonry) Distance to Coast (in mile, not kilometer) Each unique entry would have a unique row in a .csv file. 80% - 90% of the total sample should be Home Type = Single-Family home, so the sample is representative. The maximum List Price or Sale Price per property is $7,299,999, to prevent the data set from being skewed by higher-value homes.
