Senior Trading Systems Engineer / Team Needed to Build Custom Low Latency Trading Bot

looking for an experienced software engineering / senior engineering team to build a custom automated trading system. This is **not** a retail trading bot or an off the shelf solution. We are looking for engineers with proven experience building institutional grade trading infrastructure, algorithmic trading systems, or low latency financial applications. ### Project Overview The trading bot will: * Receive real time market data * Execute trades based on our proprietary strategy * Automatically manage and close positions after a predefined time * Support robust logging, monitoring, and risk controls * Be designed for reliability, performance, and future scalability The trading logic itself is relatively straightforward. The primary challenge is building a reliable, production ready trading system with low latency and high uptime. ### Required Experience We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: * Algorithmic trading systems * High frequency or low latency trading infrastructure * Broker and exchange API integrations * FIX Protocol * Real time market data processing * Event driven architecture * Python, C++, Java, or Rust * Cloud deployment and production monitoring ### Nice to Have * Experience working with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or broker dealers * Market data feed integration * Order management systems (OMS) * Risk management systems * Performance optimization for low latency environments ### Nice to have #2 1.
