Summary We are a startup seeking a capable and organized Dropshipping Specialist to help launch our e-commerce operations. We require an individual who can build the initial infrastructure from the ground up, fully integrate our suppliers, train our internal team on daily management, and execute a complete handover within a strict six-week timeframe. Project Requirements & Necessary Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and operational capabilities: Platform & Setup Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience configuring dropshipping stores and ensuring all front-end and back-end systems are fully operational. Supplier Integration Capability: The ability to seamlessly integrate third-party suppliers, ensuring accurate product synchronization, inventory tracking, and automated fulfillment routing. System Configuration Skills: Competence in establishing and verifying all shipping parameters, tax settings, and payment gateways. Training & Documentation Aptitude: Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated ability to draft clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct effective virtual training sessions for our internal staff.
