I’m the founder of GRAIL, a premium sports card and collectibles marketplace built with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Supabase, and Stripe. The desktop experience is strong, but the mobile experience still feels like a desktop website displayed on a phone. I am NOT looking for someone to rebuild my website or create a separate React Native app. Instead, I want an experienced UX/UI designer and frontend developer who can transform the existing mobile web experience so it feels like a premium native iPhone app while preserving the existing architecture and backend. Tech Stack * Next.js App Router * React * Tailwind CSS * TypeScript * Supabase * Stripe * Vercel What I Need I want someone who understands mobile-first product design, not just responsive CSS. The goal is to redesign how the mobile version works while keeping all existing functionality. Examples include: * Mobile navigation * Better mobile hierarchy * Native-feeling layouts * Touch-friendly interactions * Better spacing * Bottom navigation * Bottom sheets instead of desktop dropdowns where appropriate * Cleaner listing pages * Better checkout flow * Improved search experience * Better mobile messaging * Better profile pages * Better seller dashboard experience * Better forms and listing flow The experience should feel closer to an iPhone app than a desktop website. Important Requirements * Do NOT redesign the brand. * Do NOT redesign the backend. * Do NOT rebuild the application. * Do NOT duplicate business logic. * Preserve existing architecture. * Work directly within the existing Next.js/Tailwind project whenever possible. This is intended to be the beginning of a longer relationship. I would rather redesign the 5–10 most important mobile experiences exceptionally well than attempt to redesign the entire site at once.
