WooCommerce Expert Needed to Optimize, Redesign, and Fix a Newly Launched E-commerce Site

We recently launched our brand new WooCommerce store, https://lekatrading.com/, built by a third party. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the current result. The design, performance, and user experience (UX) are not up to our standards, and we need an experienced WooCommerce Developer to step in, optimize the site, and bring it to the next level. For inspiration, we really like the look, feel, and functionality of Toolmax.nl. We want our site to feel just as professional, fast, and conversion-focused. Key Areas that Need Improvement: - Design & Layout: The overall design needs a facelift to look cleaner, more professional, and trustworthy. - Performance & Speed: The site needs major speed optimization (mobile & desktop). - Cart & Checkout Experience: Smooth out the user flow, fix issues, and optimize the checkout process for higher conversions. - Cross-Sells: Implement and optimize a high-converting cross-sell pop-up (or similar strategy) during the buying journey. What We Are Looking For: - Proven experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, and e-commerce UX/UI design. - Strong skills in page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals). - Experience with cart/checkout customization and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Good communication skills and availability to start on short notice.
