Known facts: Contact Form 7 form submits and returns mail_sent. Actual mailbox receipt has not been reliably verified. Domain email uses Microsoft 365. MX points to Microsoft 365. WP Mail SMTP Lite using smtp.office365.com:587 failed with connection timeout. This appears to be a hosting/server outbound SMTP issue, not a password issue. FluentSMTP was installed to use Microsoft / Outlook / Office 365 API/OAuth instead of basic SMTP. Need freelancer to: Complete FluentSMTP Microsoft 365 OAuth/API configuration. Verify test email is received at the correct mailbox. Re-test live Contact Form 7 submission. Confirm contact-form lead delivery. Document final working mail configuration. 2. WordPress admin email The WordPress Administration Email is stuck on an old/dead GoDaddy server-style email: llcfilers @ a2plcpnl0162. prod.iad2. secureserver. net It needs to be changed to: vwalker @ walkersecuritieslaw. com Known issue: The normal WordPress Settings → General route triggers a confirmation email. That route failed because site email delivery was broken. Preferred fix: use WordPress Application Password + REST API or WP-CLI. Also delete/clear any stuck new_admin_email option if present. 3. Social media links / sync The site and marketing system need correct social links and article syndication. Staging / GeneratePress rebuild There is a staging site at: https://walkersecuritieslaw.com/voyager/ The staging rebuild is intended to replace the old 2016 theme with GeneratePress / GenerateBlocks. Need freelancer to: Inspect current staging status. Confirm GeneratePress / GenerateBlocks are active. Preserve all existing URLs, slugs, posts, pages, metadata, forms, menus, CTAs, SEO, analytics, and social links. Do not push staging to production without explicit approval. Provide before/after screenshots and a rollback plan. Important Constraints This is a live law firm website. Do not experiment on production. You must: Work on staging wherever possible. Take/verify backup before production changes. Avoid changing permalinks or indexed URLs. Avoid deleting content. Avoid public publishing without approval. Avoid exposing passwords, tokens, client secrets, OAuth tokens, or API keys in chat, screenshots, or documents. Document every change made.
