Write a code to display press release report file in an excel sheet on a website

I need a code to automate a process of converting names and URLs of media outlets in press release reports into webpages where I can list the PR titles / URL according to the outlets. For instance, if a press release report contains 100 media outlets where the PR was published, the code will automatically create 100 pages and label them according to the name of the PRs and place the URL corresponding to the each media outlets. Next time, when another PR report comes in, the code will add the new URLs to the existing page for each media, and if a media outlet is new, a new page will be created for it. I also need to have a way to pick some media outlets and displayed their logos on a carousel like how it is done for "As Seen On" or "As Featured On" images. Right now, I create those images myself by compiling various logos. But I need a way to automate the process whereby the code can just add the logo for me and create an image based on the major outlets I want to showcase. I also need a page where the name of all the media outlets will be listed and from there, when I click on the name of a media outlet, I will land on a page where all the title connected to the URL of all the PR I ever published on that media outlet are listed. In short, this is way to display the reach of my PR by showing where they are published and the URLs. I have the details of he whole process written and I can share with you if you apply.
