Senior python engineer who can build real estate automations

We're a real estate brokerage looking to automate internal workflows across our operations team. We've identified several high-value areas where manual work is slowing us down and we want to fix that. What we're building: Automated lead routing and follow-up sequences triggered by CRM activity Document generation and e-signature workflows for contracts and listings Internal notifications and task assignments via Slack or Teams when deals move stages Dashboard pulling live data from MLS, CRM, and transaction management tools into one view AI-assisted email drafting and response handling for agent communications What we need: Proven experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n for workflow automation Experience integrating with real estate platforms — ideally Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or similar CRMs REST API and webhook experience — we have tools that need to talk to each other Ability to work independently and deliver without hand-holding Someone who can spot the next automation opportunity, not just execute the brief Nice to have: Experience with DocuSign, DotLoop, or transaction management platforms AI integration experience — LLMs, ChatGPT, or similar for content or communication automation Background in real estate tech or proptech
