Build a Simple “Financial Identity Assessment” Tool + PDF Generator (Lead Magnet Style)

I’m looking for someone experienced to build a simple but clean “Financial Identity Assessment” tool. It’s a structured input → output system that generates a polished result (PDF or results page). What I would Like Built: 1. Front-End (User Experience). - Clean landing page (simple, minimal). - Embedded form or quiz (multi-step preferred) - Mobile-friendly 2. Form / Input System - Questions and answers will be provided for a multiple choice format. - You can Structure them properly - Make UX smooth and intuitive 3. Logic / Output Generation - A pre written templates will be sent as the result. not just raw answers. (the templates would be given for the output). - Light rewriting / formatting is fine. 4. Result Delivery - Auto-generated PDF (preferred) 5. Email Capture + Delivery - Capture name + email - Send results via email (preferred) Open to your recommendations.
