Developer to finish a product catalog/PIM tool (JS, Excel import/export)

I have a working single-file HTML/JS prototype of a Product Information Management tool for an industrial equipment catalog (hoists/cranes). It has category navigation, product CRUD, Excel import/export (SheetJS), SEO/AI-prompt generation, and cost-calculation formulas. I need someone to: 1. rebuild it as a proper web app with real persistent storage/backend (currently uses a sandboxed storage API that only works inside one tool), 3. fix bugs as they come up. I'll share the current prototype and my full spec doc.
