Full-Stack AI Developer to Build Our Vertical SaaS Platform (GoHighLevel + LLM APIs)

Overview Our company is a proprietary organizational intelligence software platform for human-services organizations — disability services (DDS/IDD) providers, adult day programs, behavioral health agencies, and nonprofits. We're building the entire product, and we need one versatile AI developer to build all of our initial software end-to-end — securely, and with the right guardrails in place. You'll lead the technical build across our full client journey, from a free behavioral assessment through an AI-powered platform our clients use to run their own organizations. Our founder sets the vision and knows GoHighLevel and AI tools at a working level; you execute independently, fill the gaps, add the finishing touches, and troubleshoot across the whole system. This is a paid contract role — not an equity or ownership position. You're paid for your work, and OEI owns everything you build. For the right person, there's potential for an ongoing, long-term contract as we grow. What You'll Build The Organizational Health Snapshot — a free, 24-item behavioral assessment — and its scoring engine. The Blueprint Diagnostic report, auto-generated from each client's Snapshot scores. A client-facing AI Concierge (chat first, voice-enabled later) and an AI Assistant Coaching experience. A living dashboard and the proprietary annual-license software clients use to build out and run their own organization. End-to-end integration across GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, payments, email sequences) and AI tools (LLM APIs, automation). The finishing touches — UX polish, reliability, and troubleshooting across every connected system. Required Skills Strong full-stack development — you ship working software, not just prototypes. Hands-on AI / LLM integration: prompt design, API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), retrieval, and automation. GoHighLevel fluency — funnels, CRM, workflows, API/webhooks — or proven ability to ramp on it fast. Automation experience wiring tools together (Make, Zapier, or custom). Security-conscious by default — secure data handling, access controls, and safe handling of sensitive client information built in from the start. Both specialized depth and generalist range — comfortable owning architecture and doing the last-10% polish. Self-directed: you take a high-level vision and run with it, communicate clearly, and hit deadlines. Preferred Skills Voice AI integration experience. Building assessment / scoring tools or automated report generation. Data architecture — designing a product that accumulates a valuable, proprietary dataset over time. Taking a SaaS product from zero to launch. Familiarity with human-services, healthcare, or other mission-driven / regulated domains. Tools & Stack GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, payments, email). IP, Ownership & Security (please read carefully — this is core to the role) This is a work-for-hire engagement. To be completely clear: No ownership. You receive no equity, no stake, and no ownership of anything you build. You are paid for your work — that is the deal, in full. Full IP assignment + NDA, signed before any work begins. All code, models, prompts, data, architecture, and documentation are owned exclusively by OEI, in perpetuity. You may not reuse, resell, repurpose, or showcase any of it elsewhere. Security guardrails. You build to security best practices — secure data handling, access controls, encryption where appropriate, and protection of client data and our proprietary methodology — and you work strictly within defined access boundaries. Proprietary data, code, and IP stay inside OEI-approved systems; nothing is copied, stored, or shared outside them. Build the moat. We're not just buying features. You'll encode our proprietary scoring methodology and frameworks into the software so they can't be trivially copied, architect the data layer so accumulated assessment and benchmark data compounds into a proprietary dataset, and integrate the workflow so the value lives in our system rather than in swappable off-the-shelf tools. Keep proprietary logic abstracted and portable, and avoid vendor lock-in that would expose it. Clear records. Maintain clean development and authorship records as you build. Engagement & Compensation Paid contract, hourly to start, with potential for an ongoing long-term contract as we grow. This role does not include equity, ownership, or any stake in OEI or its software — you are compensated for your work only.
