Grafana / Prometheus Dashboard Project

I came across your Upwork profile and was impressed by your experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and infrastructure observability. We're looking for someone to help us build a customer-facing executive benchmark dashboard for a new enterprise technology demonstration environment. This is not a traditional IT monitoring or NOC dashboard—we're creating a polished demonstration platform that compares a traditional enterprise infrastructure against our next-generation distributed architecture. Our current thinking is to use: Grafana as the primary dashboard Prometheus for metrics collection Node Exporter for Linux metrics SNMP Exporter for Cisco networking and smart PDU telemetry A small number of custom metrics exposed by our benchmark applications and proprietary platform The dashboard will compare two environments side-by-side and present benchmark results in a way that's easy for CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and customers to understand. The focus is on communicating measurable performance differences rather than displaying dozens of infrastructure metrics. Initially, we'll have approximately seven demonstration scenarios, including: Data Movement Compute Performance Cyber Security Edge Computing AI Inference Resiliency Power & Density Each demonstration will expose only a handful of key metrics (typically 3–5) along with an executive summary of the benchmark results. I'm looking for someone who can: Configure and integrate Grafana and Prometheus Connect multiple telemetry sources (Node Exporter, SNMP, REST/JSON, custom exporters, etc.) Build polished, executive-level dashboards rather than typical IT operations dashboards Help recommend the simplest overall architecture while keeping it scalable A few questions: Have you built customer-facing Grafana dashboards (not just internal operations dashboards)? Have you developed custom Prometheus exporters or integrated custom application metrics? Are you comfortable integrating multiple data sources (Prometheus, SNMP, REST APIs, JSON, etc.) into a single Grafana dashboard? Based on your experience, do you think Grafana is the right platform for this type of executive demonstration environment? If possible, could you share a few examples of Grafana dashboards you've built that you're particularly proud of? If it looks like a good fit, I'd like to start with a small milestone to build the initial dashboard framework and one demonstration, then expand from there. I look forward to hearing from you.
