High-Speed Wallet Tracker & Token Mint Alert Dashboard

I am looking to hire a Web3 developer to build a private, high-speed tracking system and web dashboard. The core objective is to monitor a specific list of "smart money" and developer wallets. Whenever one of these target wallets mints a new token, deploys a new contract, or adds initial liquidity, I need to receive a sub-second alert. ​This system needs to be highly optimized for speed. Polling public APIs will not work for this use case; the architecture must rely on direct WebSocket connections to premium RPC nodes to catch transactions in the exact block they are confirmed.
