We are looking for an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce professional to become our long-term website partner. This is NOT a one-time project. Our website is already built and functional. We are looking for someone we can rely on for ongoing improvements, maintenance, troubleshooting, and new features as the business grows. About Us We operate an established e-commerce business and are looking for a dependable person who can help maintain and improve our existing WordPress/WooCommerce website. This is a part-time, ongoing relationship rather than a full-time position. Current Stack WordPress WooCommerce Authorize.net payment processing ShipStation for fulfillment Various WordPress plugins and integrations Typical Tasks Website maintenance and troubleshooting Product additions and updates Checkout and payment processing improvements WooCommerce configuration Plugin installation and updates Landing pages and promotional pages Minor design and layout improvements Speed optimization Mobile optimization Shipping and fulfillment integrations Email and marketing integrations Bug fixes and general website clean-up Implementing new features as needed Required Skills Strong WordPress experience WooCommerce expertise Experience working with existing websites Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions Ability to complete work in a timely manner Comfortable working independently Experience with payment gateways and shipping integrations Nice to Have Authorize.net experience ShipStation experience Conversion optimization (CRO) GA4 Fluent CRM SEO knowledge Graphic design experience Subscription product experience High-risk e-commerce experience Engagement Ongoing hourly relationship Flexible hours Long-term opportunity We value reliability, communication, and quality over speed When applying, please provide: Examples of WooCommerce websites you currently manage.
