MLSGrid RESO API Integration for Custom HTML Real Estate Website (MRED / Chicago)

I have a live custom HTML website at chicagodealtracker.com — a Chicago real estate price drop tracker. The site is built in vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript, hosted on Netlify, and currently running on sample data. I need a developer to connect it to live MRED MLS listing data via the MLSGrid RESO Web API. What needs to be built: -Register as a MLSGrid vendor and obtain MRED data access (I will cover the $250 setup fee and $7/month) -Query the MLSGrid RESO API for active Chicago listings with price reductions (current price less than original list price) -Map listings to four asset type filters: Condo, Single-Family, Multi-Unit, Land -Map listings to seven Chicago neighborhood filters -Build a secure Netlify Function (serverless) to proxy the API — credentials must never be exposed in frontend code -Ensure MLS compliance: listing brokerage name on every card, last-updated timestamp, MRED disclaimer in footer -Replace all sample data while preserving the existing site design and all current features My setup: -Site: chicagodealtracker.com -MLS: MRED — Midwest Real Estate Data -Data source: MLSGrid RESO Web API (docs.mlsgrid.com) -iHomefinder Client ID: 230340 -Stack: Vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Chart.js, Netlify Functions Full technical details are in the attached PDF.
