Security Review of AI Customer-Support Assistant

We built an internal AI customer-support assistant for a small SaaS company, and we need a cybersecurity-focused AI engineer to review several specific risks before we expand access to the full support team. This is not a general “AI audit” request. The system is already working, but we are seeing a few security issues that need to be investigated and documented clearly. The final deliverable must be a professional PDF report.
