Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer for AI-Powered Analytics Platform (Long-Term)

We are looking for a Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a long-term basis and help build a next-generation AI-powered analytics platform. You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that transform large-scale data into actionable business insights using modern AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building production-ready AI systems. Responsibilities * Design and develop AI-powered analytics solutions using modern machine learning techniques. * Build and deploy applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI. * Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent search and knowledge retrieval. * Build predictive analytics and forecasting models. * Process, clean, and analyse structured and unstructured datasets. * Design scalable data processing pipelines and AI workflows. * Integrate AI capabilities into web applications and analytics platforms. * Optimise model performance, inference speed, and deployment pipelines. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver production-ready features. * Research and implement the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and Generative AI.
