Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed to Stabilize and Launch Existing Next.js + Supabase App

I am looking for an experienced Senior Next.js / TypeScript / Supabase developer to help finish, polish, and prepare an existing web app called Zyana for launch. Zyana is a spiritual wellness and astrology-inspired platform designed to feel more like a digital temple than a standard dashboard. The app is already substantially built. I am not looking for a full rebuild unless there is a clear technical reason. I need someone who can inspect what exists, preserve what is working, repair what is broken, and help bring the app to a polished, secure, production-ready state. Current Tech Stack: - Next.js App Router - TypeScript - Tailwind CSS - Supabase for database, authentication, and storage - Vercel for deployment - Stripe for subscriptions/payments - GitHub for version control - AI/report generation features Main Priority Work: 1. PDF / Report Generation Reports and PDF documents are not exporting or formatting the way I need. I need someone who can review the current PDF/report pipeline and make the final documents polished, consistent, readable, and aligned with the app’s intended design. 2. Mobile Responsiveness and App-Like Polish The desktop version is closer to the intended design. The mobile version needs to better match the desktop experience, including layout, navigation, spacing, styling, and overall user experience. 3. AI Report and Feature Functionality I need all AI-powered reports and guidance features working reliably, with stronger prompts, better structured outputs, better error handling, and appropriate validation/review safeguards. I want the AI experience to be as accurate, polished, and production-ready as possible, with strong guardrails and testing. 4. Stripe / Apple App Store Payment Pathway I need guidance and implementation support for using Stripe while preparing the app for Apple App Store distribution. This may involve external checkout, web-based subscription management, StoreKit requirements, Apple policy compliance, or a recommended hybrid approach. I need someone who understands Stripe plus Apple App Store compliance, not just basic payment button setup. Additional Work May Include: - Reviewing current routing and protected pages - Checking Supabase Auth, database relationships, and RLS/security policies - Reviewing Vercel deployment setup - Cleaning up inconsistent components - Improving navigation/sidebar/header structure - Testing launch readiness - Providing documentation of changes and next steps Important Requirements: - Strong experience with Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and GitHub - Comfortable working in an existing codebase - Experience with PDF/report generation in web apps - Experience with responsive/mobile web app polish - Experience with AI features, structured outputs, prompt workflows, validation, and error handling - Security-minded and professional with credentials/access - Clear communicator who can explain changes in plain language - Works through GitHub branches, commits, and pull requests Access and Security: For security reasons, I do not provide personal/master login credentials. The selected developer will be added as a limited collaborator where needed, such as GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, or other tools required for the project. Temporary API keys or environment variables may be created when appropriate, and access will be removed after the engagement. Ownership: All code, app concepts, written content, branding, designs, business strategy, user flows, data structures, and related materials remain owned by me/the company. Any work completed for this project must be considered work-for-hire and may not be reused, resold, cloned, shared, or disclosed. Budget Note: The listed budget is a placeholder for the overall project. I would like to begin with a smaller paid first milestone for codebase review, findings, and a prioritized launch plan before approving additional milestones. First Paid Milestone: Review the current repository, deployment setup, PDF/report pipeline, mobile responsiveness, AI/report workflow, Supabase/Auth/RLS, and Stripe/App Store payment needs.
