Senior Next.js Developer to Extend Live EdTech Platform (EDSO) — Phased, Long-Term

I'm hiring a developer (or small team) to extend EDSO, an online learning platform for Bangladeshi students (Class 6–HSC). A working MVP is already built and deployed in production — I need you to build on it, not rebuild it. Proposals suggesting a full rebuild will be deprioritized. Current stack (live in production): Next.js 14 (App Router), TypeScript, Prisma + Neon PostgreSQL, next-auth v5, Resend, Tailwind, deployed on Vercel with GitHub auto-deploy. Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare Stream, and SSLCommerz are already configured. The full vision (delivered in phases): curriculum content with quizzes per subject, password auth, freemium model with SSLCommerz payments, an integrated e-book reader, student + parent communities (fully walled off from each other), AI media moderation, live online lecturing (Google Classroom-style), AI-proctored monthly exams with AI answer evaluation, a creative/AI section, and a grammar-check keyboard. The website is built first; an Android app follows. I'm awarding this in phases so I can verify quality before continuing. This is the first of several planned phases — strong delivery on Phase 1 leads directly to ongoing work. You may bid on Phase 1 only (core platform, password auth + reset, strict registration, admin CMS, Class 6–HSC navigation). I'd like to start with a small paid trial task (fixing a known magic-link redirect bug) before the full phase, to confirm fit. Infrastructure note: This must scale cost-efficiently. Video belongs on Cloudflare Stream, files on Cloudflare R2 (zero egress), AI on external APIs — never dumped onto the hosting/bandwidth layer.
