Files You Will Receive on Day One  - search-talent.html — Complete, self-contained HTML/CSS/JS page. Upload as index.html in a new /search-talent/ folder on the server. No edits needed.  - real-candidates.json — Candidate database file. Upload to the same /search-talent/ folder alongside the HTML file.  - plugin-snippet.php — ~15 lines of PHP. Paste into one specific function inside an existing plugin so form submissions auto-update the JSON file.  - Developer_Brief.pdf — Plain-English step-by-step instructions for the entire project. Read this first. Tasks  - Deploy the page — Upload both files to /search-talent/, confirm it loads at the correct URL  - Nav + homepage — Add a "Search Talent" link to the main nav and a CTA button on the homepage hero (matching existing button style)  - Plugin edit — Find the submit_form AJAX handler in an existing plugin, paste the provided PHP snippet inside it, test with a sample submission  - Webhook (optional) — Swap two console.log placeholder lines in the HTML with a fetch() POST to a webhook URL we provide Requirements  - WordPress + Elementor experience  - Comfortable editing PHP plugin files  - FTP / cPanel / SSH file upload  - No frameworks needed — page is plain HTML/CSS/JS
