This is not a basic ChatGPT prompt job. I already have an early version of the system built. The project is called Vajra, and it is designed to become a personal/business operating architecture that supports founder workflows, project management, media operations, CRM systems, business development, and eventually local business consulting. There is already an existing stack: * Hostinger VPS * Hermes agent * GitHub repository * Prior setup work through Claude CLI / Claude Code * Newer work through Codex * Obsidian Vault / second brain * Old local files and project data on a Windows computer * New MacBook that needs to become the main clean workstation * Future integration with GoHighLevel The current goal is to stop patching the old system and have an expert inspect everything, preserve what is useful, remove junk, migrate the important data, and rebuild the architecture properly around the current vision. I need someone who can understand the existing system, review the code and infrastructure, clean up the architecture, and turn this into a reliable, easy-to-use, plug-and-play founder command system. The system supports several connected business projects: Vajra — the broader AI-assisted operating architecture and business intelligence layer. Crown Agent — the personal “Jarvis”-style founder command interface. Hermes Agent — the existing execution/runtime agent currently set up through the VPS. Obsidian Vault — the knowledge base / second brain / memory structure. Vajra Media — a media and business intelligence company focused on founder interviews, local business storytelling, content workflows, and strategy. Crown Reserve — a premium hair restoration / salon brand that will eventually need GoHighLevel pipelines, consultation booking, follow-up, membership workflows, and booth/chair rental lead tracking. Vajra Consulting / OODA Workflows — a future consulting backend that uses interview notes, business audits, and AI-assisted debriefs to identify opportunities, systems gaps, and next actions. What I Need Help With: 1. Technical Audit Review the current system: * Hostinger VPS setup * Hermes agent * GitHub repository * current codebase * scripts * deployment process * dependencies * environment variables * secrets/access setup * documentation * Claude CLI / Claude Code artifacts * Codex-generated work * Obsidian Vault structure Then tell me clearly: * what is working * what is broken * what is unnecessary * what should be preserved * what should be rewritten * what should be archived * what should be migrated 2. Architecture Rebuild Plan Help rebuild the system around a cleaner, more practical architecture. I need: * architecture map * clean repo structure * agent structure * memory / knowledge-base structure * tool and integration structure * local vs VPS responsibilities * MacBook workflow * GitHub workflow * backup/version-control workflow * approval gates * security model * documentation The goal is not to build a massive enterprise platform. The goal is a practical, usable founder command system that I can actually operate. 3. Windows-to-Mac Migration Plan One of my biggest current issues is migrating important data from my old Windows computer to my new MacBook. I do not want to blindly move everything and clog up the new MacBook with junk. I need help creating a clean migration plan using: * GitHub * VPS * Obsidian Vault * selective project folders * structured archives * naming conventions * backup strategy The goal is to migrate the important material only and leave unnecessary junk behind. 4. Obsidian Vault / Knowledge Base Cleanup I need help turning the Obsidian Vault into a cleaner operating memory layer. This may include: * vault structure * naming conventions * business/project folders * archived material * active project dashboards * daily/weekly review structure * notes-to-tasks workflow * AI-readable markdown organization The system should make it easy for me to capture ideas, retrieve important context, and organize projects without drowning in old notes. 5. GoHighLevel Integration Roadmap I do not need GoHighLevel fully built on day one, but the new architecture should be designed so GoHighLevel can plug in cleanly. Future GoHighLevel needs include: * Crown Reserve consultation pipeline * appointment booking * SMS/email follow-up * missed-call text-back * booth/chair rental inquiry pipeline * Vajra Media interview pipeline * consulting opportunity pipeline * reporting dashboards I need someone who understands how to design the AI/agent architecture so GoHighLevel is not an afterthought. First Project Deliverables: For Phase 1, I want: 1. Full audit of current VPS / GitHub / Hermes setup 2. Review of the existing codebase and repo structure 3. Written architecture review 4. Recommended rebuild plan 5. Clean repo structure proposal 6. MacBook + Windows migration plan 7. Obsidian Vault cleanup plan 8. Security/access review 9. Deployment and backup plan 10. I want someone who can inspect, simplify, document, and make the system easier for me to actually use.
