Build a Simple AI Task Extraction Workflow Using n8n and Claude

I'm looking for someone to build a simple AI automation workflow that can review incoming notes and identify action items automatically. This is a small proof of concept project. I am not looking for a full AI agent, dashboard, or complex application. The goal is to test whether AI can reliably identify tasks, reminders, follow ups, and important information from incoming text. The Problem I often collect notes, ideas, reminders, and client information throughout the day. The challenge is making sure important tasks don't get buried inside large amounts of text. I don't need summaries. I need extraction. Desired Workflow The system should identify Tasks Follow ups Appointments or dates mentioned Requirements n8n Claude API AI Automation Prompt Engineering API Integrations This is intended as a small Phase 1 project. Additional work may follow if the workflow performs well.
