Build a Web/PWA Booking & Request Management Pilot

I need a full-stack developer to build a lightweight Web/PWA pilot for a booking and request management platform. We already have a published prototype, a clear user journey, and defined requirements for the pilot. This is not a product discovery or UI/UX-from-scratch project. The goal is to implement a usable pilot that can be tested with real business users. Scope for the Pilot: - Responsive Web/PWA interface, mobile-first. - Implement screens based on the existing prototype and user journey. - List bookable items/services. - Details page for each item/service. - Custom booking/request form with customer details, interest level, preferred date/time, and relevant qualification fields. - Internal admin dashboard to review and manage requests. - Request statuses such as: New, Contacted, Appointment Confirmed, Attended, No Show, Completed. - Notification when a new request is submitted, via email or another practical method. - Simple reporting/export to Excel or PDF. - Basic professional UI polish for mobile. - Initial hosting/deployment setup. - Delivery of source code, project files, and a short technical handover. Important: - No white-label solutions. - No ready-made booking marketplace templates with minor edits. - No iOS or Android native app is needed at this stage. - No online payments. - No wallet. - No maps. - No complex role/permission system. - No multi-provider marketplace in this pilot. - No full UI/UX design from scratch is required. What I expect in your proposal: - Fixed price. - Realistic timeline. - Recommended tech stack and why. - Similar previous work, if available. - What is included in your delivery. - What is not included. - Maintenance/support terms after delivery. - Confirmation that source code and project files will be handed over after payment. This is a fixed-scope pilot. Please do not send vague proposals or low initial prices that change later. I need a realistic estimate based on the scope above. Arabic language understanding is a plus, as the product is for the Saudi market, but it is not required.
