Configure eSignature REST API for Wordpress Site

Client is currently using WPEsignature with Contact Form 7 on their Wordpress site to have users request a Rental Agreement be sent to their inbox for signature. Client wants to get off these two plugins and switch to Docusign for security, speed, and ease of use. Within Docusign, the Rental Agreement Template envelope is configured.
