Flutter & Laravel Developer Needed to Add a New WebView Categories Section

I have an existing Flutter mobile app with a Laravel backend. I need a developer to add a simple new section inside the app. Users should be able to browse categories, select a card, and open the related website inside the app using WebView. Main requirements: Add a new tab/page in Flutter. Categories and cards must remain native Flutter screens. Show categories and website cards dynamically. Add simple category and card management pages inside the existing Laravel admin panel. Each card should include name, image/logo, short description, website link, status, and display order. Open the selected website inside an in-app WebView only after the user selects it. Do not preload websites in the background. Keep only one active WebView at a time. Include normal back, close, loading, retry, and error handling. All content should be managed from the existing admin panel, not hardcoded. Test on Android and iOS.
