Front-End Designer and Developer (Vue 3 / Vuetify) — Project-Based

About the Work Integrate IQ is a HubSpot Diamond Partner and systems integration consultancy. We design, build, and maintain connected systems for US-based B2B companies, and our team is growing. We're looking for a front-end designer and developer who can own the full cycle: design it in Figma, build it in Vue, ship it clean. This is not a full-time role. Work comes in focused bursts tied to specific features or projects. If you do good work and communicate well, we'll keep coming back. What You'll Work On Designing UI components and feature flows in Figma Translating your own designs (and occasionally existing specs) into production-ready front-end code Building and refining components within an existing Vue 3 / Vuetify application Writing maintainable SASS with a consistent approach to structure and naming Working with Pinia for state management in a real production codebase Collaborating async with a small, experienced product team What We're Looking For Strong UI/UX design skills with a working portfolio in Figma Proficiency in Vue 3 (Composition API) — you design it and build it Hands-on experience with Vuetify UI components Solid SASS skills — variables, mixins, structure Comfort working with Pinia for state management Clear written and spoken communication in English Self-directed — you ask good questions, then execute Problem solving to provide custom, client specific outputs Nice to Have Experience working on SaaS products, not just marketing sites Prior experience on remote async teams Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) experience Working Style We work async across time zones. Deliverables are scoped per project. We expect clear communication when you have questions, and a heads-up if a timeline is at risk. No micromanagement, but responsiveness matters. Preferred candidates are based in Brazil, Costa Rica, or Argentina.
