Title: Full-Stack Team/Developer for Integrated Digital Platform (Flutter App + Admin Dashboard + Backend) Overview: I'm looking for an experienced developer or small team to build a complete, production-ready digital platform. This is a full-scope project (mobile app + web dashboard + backend), so I'm prioritizing candidates with proven experience delivering similar end-to-end products. Scope of Work: Mobile app for iOS & Android (Flutter preferred) Web-based admin dashboard for managing users, operations, and reports Fully documented Backend REST API Database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) Booking & appointment system + invoicing and reporting module Payment gateway integration Notification system (Push / SMS / Email) Security requirements (JWT auth, role-based access, encryption, standard hardening) Full Arabic & English support (RTL/LTR) Preferred Tech Stack: Flutter, Node.js (NestJS) or Laravel, Clean Architecture, PostgreSQL.
