Looking for a full stack guy to develop delivery boy onboarding application with an agile backend

GLAM currently onboards riders manually across its client network — Flipkart Minutes (FKM), Flipkart LMA/E-Kart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Bigbasket — using WhatsApp messages, Excel trackers, and field TL coordination. At GLAM's current scale of 300+ cities and roughly 20 million shipments processed monthly, this manual process is a growing bottleneck on hiring velocity, document quality, and rider experience. The requirement proposes a Rider Digital Onboarding App that lets a prospective rider self-register, upload KYC documents with instant quality feedback, track background verification (BGV) status, receive a structured onboarding-complete alert with hub/TL/worker-ID details, and view payout and payslip information — all in the rider's language of choice. A companion back-office console lets GLAM's ops and retention team manage the same data at scale, including bulk CSV/Excel import for rider master data, documents, BGV status, and payouts. The goal is to compress time-to-live (registration to first delivery) while cutting the manual WhatsApp/Excel overhead currently carried by the Rider Retention Team and field TLs, and to give GLAM a defensible, branded digital front door.
