I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build the first MVP of a SaaS platform that modernizes how real estate properties are advertised and managed. Traditionally, buildings simply display a phone number to call. Instead, I want to replace this process with unique QR codes that generate qualified leads while providing powerful analytics for property managers. The QR code is not the product itself - the platform is. Every QR code should act as a lead generation and business intelligence tool. The platform should work for: Residential properties - Apartments - Villas - Office spaces - Medical clinics - Retail shops - Warehouses - Commercial buildings The goal is to give property owners and leasing teams complete visibility into demand for each property. User Types 1. Real Estate Manager (Admin) The primary user. They should have secure login credentials and be able to manage all of their properties. They can: - Create properties - Generate unique QR codes - Edit property information - Upload photos - Track analytics - View leads - Export leads - Manage multiple properties - Monitor lease status - View dashboards 2. Potential Tenant A person scans the QR code. They should see a clean landing page displaying: - Property images - Description - Price - Location - Property type - Amenities - Contact form The visitor submits: - Name - Phone number - Email - Company (optional) - Budget (optional) - Notes - Preferred move-in date Submitting this form automatically creates a lead inside the dashboard. - Core Features - Authentication - Secure login - Password reset - Email authentication - Multiple managers/accounts - User profile - Property Management Managers can: - Create new property - Edit property - Delete property - Archive property - Upload multiple photos - Add floor plans - Add PDFs - Generate unique QR code - Download QR code - Print-ready QR code Each property should have its own unique landing page. QR Code System Each property automatically receives: - Unique QR code - Unique URL - Scan tracking - Lead tracking - CRM Every lead should automatically appear inside the CRM. Example information: - Name - Email - Phone - Property interested in - Date - Time - Status - Notes - Assigned manager Managers should be able to: Add notes - Change lead status - Mark contacted - Schedule follow-up - Mark leased - Archive lead - Dashboard Analytics This is one of the biggest parts of the project. For every property, I want dashboards showing: - Traffic - Total scans - Unique visitors - Returning visitors - Daily scans - Weekly scans - Monthly scans - Visitor Analytics - Time of day - Day of week - Device type - Approximate location (city/country where available) Where possible, use standard techniques to identify suspicious or non-human traffic (for example, bots, repeated automated scans, or VPN/proxy indicators if supported by available services).
