We run a commercial landscaping company in South Florida. Our outbound sales engine is already built and partly live. I do not have time to run and extend it. I need one person to own it end to end so it produces booked meetings without me touching it.
THE ENGINE YOU WOULD OWN
- Reply.io multichannel sequences (email, LinkedIn, SMS), live now, needs running and optimizing
- Airtable staging and dedup, syncing daily into Reply.io and Zoho
- Zoho CRM, single org, custom modules, APIs and webhooks
- An SMS lead qualification bot on Railway (Node and Python, Twilio) that catches and qualifies inbound
THE WORK
- Run and optimize the live sequences, cut weak steps, lift reply rates
- Keep the Airtable to Reply.io to Zoho data flow clean and firing daily
- Keep the SMS bot running and fix it when it breaks
- Report numbers weekly and tell me what to change
YOU ARE A FIT IF
- You have run real Reply.io or similar sequences and can talk about what moved your reply rate, not just "I set up campaigns"
- You know email deliverability cold: domain warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox rotation
- You have wired CRM APIs and webhooks, Zoho a plus
- You can deploy and debug on Railway or similar and are comfortable in a Node or Python repo
- You ask sharp questions up front, then go execute. I want the smart questions early, not silence and not hand holding halfway through
