# ### Long-Term Opportunity | SafeHarbor OS | AI Voice, CRM, Automation & Regulated Consumer Intake We are not looking for someone to complete a one-off GoHighLevel project. We are building an AI-native operating system for regulated consumer acquisition and intake across multiple companies and verticals. This role has the potential to become a long-term technical partnership for the right person. Our platform includes multiple operating companies, including: * National Auto Accident Advocates (Motor Vehicle Accident Intake) * Solar Audit Services (Residential Solar Consumer Protection) * Additional verticals currently under development The core platform, SafeHarbor OS, is designed to unify AI voice agents, CRM automation, document collection, compliance, intelligent routing, analytics, reporting, and operational workflows into one ecosystem. ## What We Need We are looking for someone who can architect, build, and continually improve integrations between: * GoHighLevel * VAPI * OpenAI * Twilio * APIs & Webhooks * Custom Automations * AI Voice Agents * CRM Pipelines * SMS * Email * Lead Routing * Document Collection * Workflow Automation Experience with n8n, Make.com, custom APIs, Node.js, or Python is a major advantage. ## Initial Projects The first phase includes building and optimizing: * AI voice agents for inbound and outbound consumer intake * GoHighLevel workflow architecture * CRM automation * VAPI integrations * Twilio phone infrastructure * API connections between multiple systems * Intelligent routing logic * AI-assisted intake workflows * Compliance-driven automation * Dashboard and reporting enhancements The immediate focus will be supporting our MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) and Solar Audit Services divisions before expanding across the broader SafeHarbor OS ecosystem. ## Ideal Background We're looking for someone who has real production experience with several of the following: * GoHighLevel * VAPI * OpenAI APIs * Twilio Voice & SMS * n8n * Make.com * REST APIs * Webhooks * Node.js * Python * AI Agents * Conversational AI * Prompt Engineering * CRM Architecture * Process Automation If you've built AI-powered voice systems—not just chatbots—we want to talk. ## What We're Looking For * Strong technical communicator * Systems thinker * Comfortable designing architecture—not just following instructions * Able to identify better solutions and recommend improvements * Interested in building something that will continue evolving rather than delivering a single project ## Potential Long-Term Relationship This is intentionally being posted as a project because we'd like to start by working together. However, if it's a strong fit, we're looking for someone who could become a key technical resource as we continue building SafeHarbor OS over the coming years.
