Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Production Backend for Industrial B2B SaaS

We are an engineering services firm launching a software product for industrial recordkeeping. Plants use it to find and trust information about their equipment. A working front-end prototype exists and is in live demos today - single-file React app, complete UI, real workflows. Your job is to make it a production system. - Phase 1 - paid discovery. - 8-10 hours. - Under NDA, you review the prototype and produce a written technical plan: proposed architecture, build timeline, cost estimate, hosting recommendation, third-party licensing considerations, and a security/compliance roadmap (what SOC 2 readiness would take and when it's worth starting). This document is for our ownership's budget approval. - Phase 2 - the build. - Scope you'd be estimating: - Postgres database and TypeScript API (both are firm requirements) - Sign-in with Microsoft (Entra ID / OIDC), roles, hard multi-tenant isolation - Microsoft Graph integration: document metadata and permanent file IDs only - the product stores pointers, never customer file contents - Integration with a commercial 3D viewer via its REST API (credentials move server-side) - Audit logging and per-user usage telemetry - Port the existing React front end to a production build - Hosting, backups, monitoring, staging environment You: have shipped a multi-tenant B2B SaaS end-to-end and can show it running live. Senior with TypeScript, React, Postgres, Node. OAuth/Microsoft Graph experience is a strong plus.
