Senior Full-Stack Ruby on Rails & React Native Developer for MVP Launch

We have an existing logistics marketplace platform that connects shippers and transporters. The platform has already been developed and includes: - Ruby on Rails backend API - React Native mobile application - React web application - Existing source code and GitHub repository - Comprehensive backend and frontend technical assessment reports Our goal is not to rebuild the platform. Instead, we are looking for an experienced developer or small team who can review the existing codebase, stabilize it, resolve critical issues, and prepare it for a production MVP launch. Scope of work: -Review the existing source code repository (GitHub access will be shared with shortlisted candidates). - Set up the project locally - Review the technical assessment reports - Identify blockers preventing deployment - Fix critical bugs and production issues - Improve overall stability - Deploy a working MVP - Provide recommendations for future development Required skills: - Ruby on Rails - React Native - React - PostgreSQL - Git - REST APIs - Docker preferred - Experience maintaining existing systems Important: We are following a lean MVP approach. We are not looking for a complete redesign or rebuild. Our priority is to maximize reuse of the existing platform and launch a stable production version with the minimum practical investment.
