Small adjustment needed to Wix Velo code to have one additional pdf submitted with the one already in the code

I need one slight adjustment to our current code to include one more raw pdf data capture from the customer submission form. The entire base of the code has already been up and running beautifully for the past couple of months, and just needs a small adjustment to capture the additional data point...
