WordPress Developer Needed to Debug Intermittent Kit Embedded Form Loading Issue

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to investigate an intermittent issue with embedded Kit (formerly ConvertKit) inline forms on our website. The issue: Our website is built with WordPress using the Semplice builder. We use embedded Kit inline forms on landing pages to collect leads. Most visitors see the forms without any issues. However, a small number of users report that the form area is completely blank, as if the embed never loads. Around 500 users have successfully submitted one of these forms, but we know of at least 15 visitors who could not see it. Some affected users reported that the form appears correctly when opening the page in an incognito/private browser window. What we've already checked: Kit support reviewed the forms and confirmed everything appears to be configured correctly on their side. We tested in Chrome and Brave, with and without ad blockers, and the forms load correctly for us. The issue has not been consistently reproducible internally.
