12.3-inch Car Cluster UI

I’m building a digital instrument cluster for a 12.3-inch (1920 × 720) TFT and already have a working reference, but the visuals still feel flat. I need a designer who can refine what’s there and give it the “OEM-plus” polish I’m after... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Adobe XD, Figma, Graphic Design, Icon Design, Logo Design, Photoshop, Sketch, UI / User Interface)
