2D Cartoon Character Creation

I'm looking for an artist to turn my friend into a simple 2D cartoon character. This will be a special gift, possibly for a printed poster. I'm looking for a custom illustration inspired by the original 1980s Strawberry Shortcake cartoons and vintage character designs...
