Long-Term AI/Automation Developer Wanted Internal Tools & Dashboards About us We're Eco Elite, a Solar and Battery installation business based in Australia. We run a lot of our operations through GHL, Pipedrive, Monday.com, google suit and more, and we've reached the point where we need someone technical in-house (remotely) to build proper internal tools instead of patching things together. What we're looking for We want one developer to work with us long-term, full-time, on a rolling basis one project at a time, start to finish. You won't be juggling five half-finished builds. We'll scope a project, you build it, we ship it, we move to the next one. Your first project: an internal sales dashboard A single place where our team can see pipeline, activity and performance without digging through multiple systems. This will involve pulling data from our CRM and other tools, and presenting it clearly and reliably. After that, ongoing work will include: - Building and improving other internal apps and dashboards - Streamlining and rebuilding our existing automations - Connecting our tools so data flows between them properly - Using AI where it genuinely saves time (summarising, drafting, classifying, extracting data) - Fixing things when they break, and documenting how they work What we need you to be good at - Building internal apps/dashboards (React, Next.js, Retool, Streamlit, or similar tell us your preference and why) - APIs and integrations CRMs, Google Workspace, project management tools, webhooks - Automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) and knowing when to skip them and just write code - Working with databases and structuring data sensibly - Working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for practical business use - Clear written English and reliable communication you'll be working async with an Australian team **How we work** - Full-time, ongoing. We're looking for a long-term relationship, not a one-off. - One project at a time, clearly scoped before you start. - Rate: AUD $8–10 per hour, depending on experience. - Some overlap with Australian business hours (AEST) is preferred, but we're flexible. --- ## To apply Please include the following applications without these will not be reviewed: 1.
