AI Content Automation Engineer — Claude Code, Video → Blog → Email Nurture

We run three property businesses in North East England and are looking for an AI Automation / Integration Engineer to build a content and nurture engine around our founder’s real-world knowledge. This is not an AI copywriting role. We need someone who can architect and implement the system. What we want to build Our founder regularly records videos/voice notes discussing real property deals, refurbishments, investor questions, landlord issues, market observations and lessons from the businesses. We want a workflow broadly like: Video / voice recording → transcription → AI knowledge/context → content creation → SEO blog draft + imagery → WordPress → email content → GoHighLevel nurture → social content The important part is that the AI should not start from scratch every time. It should work from an organised knowledge base containing previous recordings/transcripts, approved emails, brand information, tone of voice, offers, case studies and other approved material. We have seen a similar working system built using: Google Drive + Claude Code/VS Code + Sanity + Higgsfield + email nurture. We do not need to copy that stack. We already use WordPress and GoHighLevel, so we would prefer to retain those where appropriate. We are open to Claude Code, OpenAI, n8n, Make, APIs or another architecture if you can explain why it is the better solution. A key requirement: long-term nurture We don't simply want every recording turned into a newsletter. When a lead enters a nurture journey, they should receive useful content over time. New founder content should intelligently expand and improve this content library/nurture journey. For example, an investor who enquires today but isn't ready to purchase could continue receiving useful founder-led emails and case studies over several months. Three separate businesses Eventually the system will support: JBM Property — property investors Middleton Estates — landlords and lettings Northumberland Property Buyers — property sellers Each business must maintain its own audience, knowledge, tone, claims, calls to action and nurture journeys. Information should not accidentally leak between brands. Phase 1 — paid prototype We do NOT want someone to immediately build a huge system across all three businesses. Start with one business and one real recording. We want a working prototype demonstrating: 1. Recording/video ingestion and transcription 2. Persistent business knowledge/context 3. Extraction of worthwhile content ideas 4. SEO blog draft suitable for WordPress 5. Relevant imagery workflow 6. Email/nurture content 7. Integration with our existing WordPress/GHL environment where appropriate 8. Human approval before anything is published or sent If the prototype works well, we want to expand the architecture across all three businesses and potentially retain the engineer for ongoing development. Safety / quality The system must not invent property results, statistics, testimonials, financial figures or other factual claims. We want a clear distinction between: Source material → AI-generated draft → human-approved content. Client/private information also needs appropriate handling. Who we're looking for We'd particularly like to hear from people with experience in: Claude Code / agentic AI workflows AI/API integrations Persistent knowledge/context systems WordPress integrations GoHighLevel Automated transcription n8n / Make or similar automation platforms Content/marketing automation You do not need to use exactly the same technology stack described above. We care more about the architecture being reliable, maintainable and appropriate for our existing systems.
