AI Solutions Architect – ChatGPT Business, Zoho, Sage & Microsoft Integration

We’re looking to implement ChatGPT Business as a central AI environment across the company, with data security being a key priority. We’d like to connect our Microsoft/SharePoint files and company knowledge to ChatGPT, and create dedicated AI projects/workspaces for each department – Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Production. Beyond this central knowledge base, we’d like each department’s AI to integrate with the tools they use every day to automate and simplify tasks. For example, Sales uses Zoho CRM, and we’d like AI to access relevant CRM data, assist with reporting and potentially update records. Finance uses Sage, where we’d like to explore automating tasks such as invoice capture and entry, with appropriate approval controls. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can help us design the architecture, build the integrations and then work with each department to implement and train the teams.
