AI Solutions Engineer & Technical Instructor

As part of this vision, we’re launching **Qvantus Academy**, an educational platform designed to help aspiring AI entrepreneurs develop practical AI implementation skills and build their own AI services businesses\. We’re looking for a hands\-on **AI Solutions Engineer & Technical Instructor** to help us build the technical education behind this ecosystem\. ### What You’ll Do - Design and build practical AI solutions using the Qvantus platform\. - Create real\-world AI implementation tutorials and walkthroughs\. - Develop structured educational content for beginner and intermediate learners\. - Write technical video scripts with clear, actionable explanations\. - Record professional screen\-sharing tutorials with English narration\. - Build reusable AI implementation templates, exercises, and demo projects\. - Teach learners how to test, evaluate, and improve AI solutions\. - Collaborate with our founder and content production team\. - Help develop Qvantus Academy’s technical curriculum\. ### What We’re Looking For - Strong hands\-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and AI workflows\. - Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and AI application development\. - Python or JavaScript experience\. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple explanations\. - Experience building AI solutions for real business use cases\. - Excellent spoken English\. - Confidence presenting technical tutorials on camera or through screen recordings\. - Strong documentation and problem\-solving skills\. **Bonus Skills** - Experience with AI model fine\-tuning and evaluation frameworks\. - Experience teaching through online courses, YouTube, or technical workshops\. - Experience with B2B AI implementations\. - Understanding of SaaS products and AI infrastructure\. - Previous experience designing technical training programs\. ### Initial Project Your first assignment will focus on developing the technical foundation of Qvantus Academy, including: 1. Getting Started with Qvantus\. 2. Building Your First AI Business Solution\. 3. Testing & Improving Your AI Solution\.
