AI/Python Developer for Office Assistant Web App

I am looking for an experienced AI/Python Developer to develop an Office Assistant AI web application for the administrative work of all departments of the Government of Maharashtra. The system should collect, classify, and organize official reference documents such as Government Resolutions (GRs), Rules, Acts, and Circulars department-wise and case-wise, and use these references to generate AI-assisted administrative drafts for each case.
