Backend Developer Needed for Live Web Scraping Product - Python, Scraping, MySQL

We’re looking for an experienced backend developer to maintain, improve, and eventually take ownership of an established web scraping platform. Our system monitors multiple websites for new product listings and quickly delivers results to users through a mobile app. The system includes: Python scrapers MySQL databases Azure infrastructure Internal tools and scripts This is an existing production system, not a new build. You’ll need to understand it end to end, troubleshoot issues quickly, update scrapers when websites change, and improve performance and reliability. Required experience: Strong Python backend development Advanced web scraping MySQL Azure infrastructure Monitoring and debugging production systems We’re ideally looking for someone who can grow into a full-time role and take long-term ownership of the backend and scraper systems.
