You will contribute to a long-term product and help shape the platform's architectural foundation alongside a growing engineering team. ------------------------------ ## 🔎 Key Responsibilities & Architectural Scope * Secure Conversational UX & Natural Intent Parsing: Design and optimize a high-throughput webhook manager for the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Implement natural intent parsing capable of securely interpreting transactional commands (e.g., "Send 500 to Amma") across multiple languages including English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, and Tagalog. * Zero-Trust Recipient Directory: Construct a local directory database using field-level encryption (AES-256-GCM) to map recipient details securely without exposing sensitive metadata or PII. * Hosted Payment Redirections: Implement secure, ephemeral checkout links that redirect users to licensed partner gateways, strictly adhering to Meta’s commerce policies to ensure no raw bank or cardholder data (PCI-DSS sensitive info) ever enters the chat feed. * Multi-API Integration & Compliance Handshakes: Integrate the conversational layer seamlessly with: * UAE PASS for identity verification and KYC. * Licensed Exchange House partner portals for real-time AML/Sanction screening and live FX rates. * Local Kiosk APIs (e.g., NT Payments, MBME) to dynamically generate cash-in barcodes. ------------------------------ ## 🛠 Required Technical Profile * FinTech & Compliance Expertise: Proven track record building transactional applications under strict regulatory environments.
