Build AI Agent to Extract Magazine Leads and Automate Outreach

Project Overview: We need an AI developer to build an agent that automatically scans weekly PDF magazines, finds businesses advertising there, and checks if they are registered on BudgetYid.com. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Extraction: Parse PDF magazine pages to collect business names, services, email addresses, phone numbers, and WhatsApp numbers. * Client Filtering: Cross-reference the collected data with our live directory to ensure outreach is only sent to businesses that are not yet registered. * Outreach & Follow-Up: * Send emails, phone contacts, or WhatsApp messages explaining the platform. * Highlight the benefits of joining, such as exposure to our users and the affordable subscription rate. * Execute a follow-up outreach one week later to assist interested businesses with sign-up. Skills Needed: * Python expertise for automation. * Experience in PDF document parsing and text extraction. * Experience with outreach APIs and CRM tools.
