Build LLM-based Tender Response System

About the Project We are building Teneon, an AI-driven, end-to-end automation platform for public procurement tenders in the Laboratory Supplies and Life Sciences sector. The platform automates the entire tender lifecycle—from continuous multi-portal scraping and eForms parsing to AI product matching, dynamic margin calculation, logistics API querying, and localized bid document generation. The system operates on a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) framework, empowering domain specialists to review and validate AI decisions. Key System Modules & Technical Scope Portal Ingestion & Parsing: Automated scraping and tracking of international tender portals (TED open data, bund.de, BOAMP, TenderNed) using eForms standards. AI Extraction & Translation: Parsing complex multi-lingual tender documents into standardized English requirement matrices using DeepL API and LLM/AI agents. Product Catalog & AI Matching Engine: Vector/AI matching algorithms to pair technical specifications with internal manufacturer/vendor catalogs (e.g., IDL Laborbedarf). Logistics & Pricing Engine: Integration with the DHL Global Forwarding API for real-time spot freight rates, weight/dimension calculations, and dynamic margin/surcharge algorithms. Frontend & Split-Screen Review Workspace: Interactive split-screen UI for reviewers (Priority requirement extraction, side-by-side translation, tabular calculation editor, conversational AI assistant). Admin Command Center & Funnel Analytics: Management dashboards for rule configuration (Knock-Out criteria, profit margins, impact simulation) and win/loss analytics. Tech Stack & Architecture Architecture: Modular, service-oriented architecture with isolated AI workflows and pipeline steps. Error Handling & Reliability: 3-tier error system (Warnings, Blocking Errors, System Critical) designed for high throughput (up to 200 tenders/day). Security & Compliance: GDPR-compliant German cloud hosting, RBAC, full audit logging, EU AI Act alignment. What We Are Looking For We need an experienced Full-Stack / AI / Backend Developer or Lead Architect or small team to build, refine, and integrate core modules, external APIs (DHL, DeepL, Tender Portals), and LLM-workflows.
