Claude Code & Multi-Session Expert

We're running Claude Code sessions across several separate Claude accounts, and there is no single place to watch them. I want either a notification loop that tells me when a session is waiting on a decision and lets me reply so it resumes with its context intact, or one console where I can see and manage every session across all accounts. Start with a short assessment of which is possible: API keys cannot drive cloud sessions, and the CLI holds one login at a time. I'm looking for an assessment and 2-3 options. ***In an ideal world, I want the Claude Code - Desktop App experience across multiple active sessions from multiple Claude accounts in one place where I can seamless switch between sessions.
