Create an .MRR File for 2 simple parts

I have a Shaped parts I am wanting to nest on a 4x8 flat table CNC. They are 6x11x.08" inches with a few holes. I need a .MPR File created to run on WoodWop that has the parts connected with tabs. I don't want the tabs to be cut until the nest is pushed off of the Flat table CNC. The reason for this is I don't want to deal with parts moving on the table. Attached is an example of the part
