Create Detailed Roofing Materials List and on site roofing

I have the plans for a house with guidelines for the roof - it needs to be a cut roof not trusses as there are bedrooms in the roof and there are some velux windows that need to be factored. I need a bill of materials products but may need the roof specd out first to irish standards...
