CRM to ERP Data Synchronization Using REST APIs and Webhooks

Project Requirements 1. Create a basic one-way CRM-to-ERP integration using REST APIs. 2. Implement a webhook trigger when a customer record is created or updated. 3. Map customer fields such as Customer ID, Name, Email, Phone Number, and Status. 4. Automatically send the mapped customer data to a test ERP endpoint. 5. Include basic error handling, logging, and duplicate prevention. 6. Demonstrate the integration using sample customer records and test/mock API endpoints. Expected Deliverables - Working CRM-to-ERP synchronization proof of concept - Source code or exported automation workflow - Sample API requests and test data - Basic field-mapping documentation - Short demonstration video or screenshots - Setup and testing instructions Important Notes This is a small proof-of-concept (POC), not a full production integration. Mock APIs and sample customer data may be used. Live CRM or ERP credentials are not required. Customer creation and update events must trigger successful synchronization. Results must be independently verifiable through the test ERP endpoint.
